10/10 Website Goals&Accomplishments

I will need to:
Investigate item animations [w3]
Narrow down & customize the layout/template for my site [w3]
Learn how to manage and use a particle system for what I desire [don't know exactly what site to use for this. w3 as well?]
 
I currently:
Have the Portfolio II Template in place and have begun changing the titles in the 'p' tags
